MicroGauge Controller

The MicroGauge controller is the ideal solution for vacuum measurement,configuration of digital transducers and advanced systemdiagnostics. The instrument sets new standards for vacuum gaugecontrollers and can be used as a stand-alone power supply readoutunit or as a tool for configuration, calibration and diagnostics ofsystem integrated transducers in OEM applications.

The controller features an easy to use menu-driven user interface,which guides the user through setup and configuration of remotetransducer parameters.

The readout unit communicates digitally with the transducer whicheliminates analog measurement noise coupling via transducercables. The unit automatically detects the transducer type, and canbe used with both RS232 and RS485 transducers.

The MicroGauge controller is compatible with all digital MicroGaugetransducers, including:

MultiGauge Controller

The MultiGauge controller will operate as many as six sensors simultaneously and every controller is configured to the user’s specifications regarding sensors and communication choice. The controller is configured with a universal power supply with a range from 100 – 240 VAC and 50 – 60 Hz.

MultiGauge combines the technologies of the hot and cold cathode, Pirani, convection Pirani, and Piezo sensors to measure from ultrahigh vacuum to above atmospheric pressure.

The MultiGauge controller is designed for versatility, reliability and economy.
